Dr Miriam Harris is the Associate Professor of Arts & Design at Auckland University of Technology. She was formerly Academic Leader Undergraduate Education in Design and Contemporary Arts at Unitec, Institute of Technology, Auckland. Her PhD thesis was entitled Words & images that move : the relationship of text and drawing in the animated film and the graphic novel.
